What is Microsoft PowerPoint?

Microsoft PowerPoint is a slide display presentation program. It is developed by Microsoft Company.

PowerPoint provides word processing, drawing, graphing, outlining and presentation managing tools. All developed to be simple to use and learn.

The three areas of the Ribbon are tabs, groups, and commands.

You can get three basic components to the Ribbon. It is great to understand what each are called so you learn how to utilize it.

Tabs: You can get seven fundamental ones over the top. Each one presents a task area.

Groups: Each one tab has many of groups which show related items together.

Commands: A command can be a button, a box to go in information, or a menu.

All the things on the tab have been properly selected based on user activities. As an example, Home tab contains all you use generally. Such as the commands within the Font group for altering text font: Font, Font Size, Bold, Italic, etc.
